By using ZippyElf, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What ZippyElf provides

ZippyElf is a resume formatting tool that helps match your education to company application portals. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but cannot guarantee that our output will be accepted by any particular employer or application system.

Free tier

You may use ZippyElf for up to 3 conversions without payment. Free usage is tracked in your browser and is provided as-is with no guarantees.

Paid access

Paid access is a one-time purchase granting 60 days of unlimited conversions. Payments are processed by Stripe.

• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
• Access expires 60 days from purchase and does not auto-renew.
• If you lose access to your email, we cannot recover your session.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ZippyElf to submit false or misleading information to employers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Use automated tools to make bulk requests.

Disclaimer of warranties

ZippyElf is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

ZippyElf and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ZippyElf after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
